Subsequent Product
Subsequent Product. Means, with respect to a Party's First Product, any Product sold (or otherwise disposed of commercially) by such Party (or its Affiliate, licensee or sublicensee) anywhere in the world after the First Commercial Sale of such Party's First Product.
