Subsequent Vesting Date. With respect to a Participant who remains an employee of the Cooperative on such date, (i) with respect to the EBR Benefit accrued on such date, the Vesting Date identified by the Board in the Addendum as the Subsequent Vesting Date and (ii) with respect to subsequently-accrued EBR Benefits as to which no new Subsequent Vesting Date has been validly elected, the last day of the Plan Year in which such EBR Benefit accrues.
