Subsidiaries

Subsidiaries. Means each of the subsidiaries listed on Exhibit 21.1 to the Registration Statement.

Subsidiaries. The entities as listed in Schedule 1 (Subsidiaries)

Subsidiaries. Any direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Payor including without limitation API Nanotronics Sub, Inc., API Electronics Group Corp., API Electronics, Inc., Filtran Limited, Filtran, Inc., Keytronics Inc., TM Systems II, Inc., National Hybrid, Inc. and Pace Technology, Inc.

Subsidiaries. Means the wholly-owned or majority owned subsidiaries of the Company;

Subsidiaries. An entity controlled by or under common control with a party to this Agreement, through ownership or control of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the shares or other means of ownership or control, provided that such control continues to exist.

Subsidiaries. Is defined in the Agreement.

Subsidiaries. Those subsidiaries of the Company listed on Schedule II hereto.

Subsidiaries. Shall have the meaning set forth above.

Subsidiaries. Raft River Energy I, LLC, Gerlach Geothermal LLC, U.S. Geothermal Services, LLC, USG Nevada LLC, USG Gerlach LLC and U.S. Geothermal Guatemala, LLC and any entity of which more than 50 percent of the voting securities are directly or indirectly owned by the Company and the financial statements of which are consolidated with those of the Company and "Subsidiary" means any one of the Subsidiaries

Subsidiaries. Means the consolidated subsidiaries of the Company.
