Example Definitions of "Subsidiary Guarantor"
Subsidiary Guarantor. Each Second Amendment Joining Party and any direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Borrower that provides a Guarantee to the Lender to guarantee any of the Obligations to the extent required pursuant to Section 5.07
Subsidiary Guarantor. Entities listed on the signature pages of the Subsidiary Guarantee as the guarantors and their successors and assigns
