Subsidiary Guarantors. As defined in the preamble hereto.
Subsidiary Guarantors. The meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals hereto and shall also include any other Subsidiary of the Borrower which at any time has provided a guarantee of the Notes, the obligations under the Bridge Loan Agreement or any other Contributing Indebtedness.
