Subsidiary. Each of the entities listed on Schedule III, which comprise all of the subsidiaries of the Company other than those entities, which when taken together as a whole, would not constitute a "significant subsidiary" within the meaning of Rule 1-02(w) of Regulation S-X
Subsidiary. A company in which the Company and/or one or more Subsidiaries of the Company own a majority of all classes of outstanding stock

General Partner, for itself and for each of its Subsidiaries" or words of similar construction, the term "Subsidiary" shall mean a subsidiary of the Parent and (c) so long as Operations does not own, of record and directly, 100% of the aggregate ordinary voting power represented by the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of Pacesetter, then Pacesetter and its subsidiaries shall be deemed not to be Subsidiaries of the Parent or the Borrower except for purposes of Section 7.06, Section 7.09, Section 7.10, Section 7.21, Section 7.24, Section 8.09, Section 8.14, Section 9.09, Section 9.13 and Section 12.03(b). Subsidiary. A "subsidiary corporation," whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(f) of the Code, and is designated as a participating employer in the Plan by the Administrator
