Subsidiary

Subsidiary. Any entity of which, at the time of determination, the Company or one or more of its Subsidiaries owns or controls, directly or indirectly, more than 50% of the shares of voting stock or the outstanding partnership or similar interests, and any limited partnership (i) of which the Company or any one of its Subsidiaries is a general partner and (ii) which is consolidated with the Company for financial reporting purposes; provided that each of Holly Logistic Services, L.L.C. and Holly Energy... Partners, L.P., and each of their respective Subsidiaries, shall be deemed not to be a "Subsidiary" for so long as Holly Energy Partners, L.P. is not wholly owned, directly or indirectly, by the Company. Subsidiary. As it applies to the Corporation, any one or more Persons, a majority of the capital stock or other equity interests of which are owned directly or indirectly (through another Subsidiary) by the Corporation.
