Substantial Completion Date

Substantial Completion Date. The term "Substantial Completion Date" shall mean the date on which there is a substantial completion of the Plant, or the Plant is otherwise found to be substantially completed, as determined under the agreement between IFEP and the general contractor for the construction of the Plant.

Substantial Completion Date. Means the date that Landlord notifies Tenant it has completed Finish Out Work (as defined in Exhibit D hereto) and tenders possession of the Premises to Tenant.
