SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF BASE BUILDING WORK

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF BASE BUILDING WORK. Shall mean, with respect to each Phase, the completion of the Base Building Work for such Phase (except for Punch List Work), in good and workmanlike condition, in compliance with all applicable Requirements, and in conformance with the Approved Plans for such Base Building Work, and the receipt of a Shell Final, or its equivalent, from all required governmental authorities as certified in a writing signed by Architect.
