SUBSTITUTE COLLATERAL

SUBSTITUTE COLLATERAL. Means all Eligible Substitute Collateral, distributions thereon and any Proceeds thereof transferred or Delivered to or in the possession of or received by the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement and not transferred to Pledgor or released by the Collateral Agent hereunder.
