Subtenant Alterations

Subtenant Alterations. Those alterations, improvements and installations (including, without limitation, the Subtenant Improvements defined below) that Subtenant makes to the Premises, other than trade fixtures and the installation of equipment or personal property that can be removed from the Premises without material damage thereto.
