Subtenants Building Share. (i) Building Three Premises – 100%. (ii) Building Four Premises – 0%. (iii) Building One Premises – 50.79% as of the date of this Second Amendment and continuing through the Building One Expansion Premises Delivery Date. Following the Building One Expansion Premises Delivery Date this term shall be revised to be 100%.
