Subtenant's Share of Operating Expenses. An amount determined by multiplying all Operating Expenses payable by Sublandlord, as tenant, under the Lease during the period concerned by a fraction, the numerator of which is the rentable square feet of the Subleased Premises during the period concerned, and the denominator of which is the rentable square feet of the Premises during the period concerned.
