Success Payment Period

Success Payment Period. The period of time that commences on the date hereof, and ends on the later of: (i) the eighth anniversary of the date hereof and (ii) the earlier of (A) the eleventh anniversary of the date hereof, and (B) the third anniversary of the first date on which the Food and Drug Administration issues formal written approval for the Company or a successor to market a pharmaceutical or biologic product developed at least in part by Juno Therapeutics, Inc
