Successful Retrieval

Successful Retrieval. (1) in connection with a L&V Retrieval, the return of data containing a legal description and vesting in a format generally recognized in the geographic area where the property is located; (2) in connection with a Starter Retrieval, the return of a product image and/or data in a form and containing those elements generally contained on such product in the geographic area where the property is located.
