Successor Corporation

Successor Corporation. Means a corporation, or a Parent or Subsidiary thereof within the meaning of Section 424(a) of the Code, which issues or assumes a stock option in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies.

Successor Corporation. Means a corporation, or a parent or subsidiary thereof within the meaning of Section 424(a) of the Code, which issues or assumes a stock option in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies or a spun-off entity resulting from a transaction described in Section 355 of the Code.

Successor Corporation. Means a corporation, or a parent or subsidiary corporation of such corporation, which issues or assumes a stock option in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies.

Successor Corporation. Means the corporation formed to be the successor to the business of the Company. The term "Company" will refer to the Successor Corporation or any other Person which is a direct or indirect successor to the Company.

Successor Corporation. Means a corporation, or a parent or subsidiary thereof within the meaning of 424(a) of the Code, which issues or assumes a stock Award in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies. 3

Successor Corporation. Has the same meaning as in the Plan.

Successor Corporation. Has the meaning given to such term in Section 14(c) of the 2007 Plan.

Successor Corporation. In the event of a Change in Control, the surviving corporation, the acquiring corporation or the surviving corporation or acquiring corporation's parent company

Successor Corporation. In the event of, and upon and following, a Change in Control, the surviving entity, the resulting entity, the acquiring entity (including without limitation a purchaser of the Company's assets) or the surviving, resulting or acquiring entity's parent company.

Successor Corporation. A successor corporation or a parent or subsidiary of such successor corporation
