Successor Employer
Successor Employer. Means any employer that acquires, through a stock purchase or merger, or through an asset purchase, or otherwise, part or all of the Company or an employer following a Change of Control.

Successor Employer. Shall mean any of the Partnership, any Affiliate of the Partnership, the general partner of the Partnership, or any Affiliate of the general partnership who becomes the employer of the Employee after the Effective Date.
Successor Employer. Means any Successor Entity (as defined in the definition of "Change in Control" herein) or any other successor in interest or assign (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) of the business and/or assets of the Company.
