Successor Supplier

Successor Supplier. Means any designated person or company engaged to provide services to replace any of the On-Site Clinic Medical Services provided by One Medical Group and related services provided by 1Life in connection with such replacement of the On-Site Clinic Medical Services such as medical records transfer.
