Summit Shares

Example Definitions of "Summit Shares"
Summit Shares. Means (i) any Capital Stock acquired by any Summit Stockholder and (ii) any equity securities issued or issuable directly or indirectly with respect to the Capital Stock referred to in clause (i) above by way of stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of stock, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization, or, in each case, any comparable transaction.

Summit Shares.
