SUMMUS Code

SUMMUS Code. Shall mean any and all software code, including, without limitation, software code that constitutes ADLABS Improvements, and directly related Work Product, delivered to ADLABS by SUMMUS implementing aspects of the SUMMUS Technology, any Functional Specifications or any Joint Functional Specifications.
