Sun Channel License
Sun Channel License. Means a license with Sun authorizing the licensee to distribute the applicable Java Environment only to OEMs pursuant to a Customer Agreement (i.e. "Customer Agreement" as defined in the Sun Channel Licensee's license with Sun).
