Superseding Agreement

Superseding Agreement. Shall mean the Adobe Systems Incorporated Executive Severance Plan in the Event of a Change of Control and/or the individual written retention agreement in effect on the Grant Date between the Company and the Participant, to the extent applicable to the Participant.
