Supplemental Annual Volume

Supplemental Annual Volume. For each Year shall mean the maximum dollar volume (calculated as the number of units multiplied by the applicable Delivery Charges) that is set forth on Exhibit B as "Supplemental Annual Volume" for that Year, and which is a supplemental amount that can be included in the calculation of the Maximum Annual Volume of any Territory or Territories (under this Agreement or the Non-Grocery Distribution Agreement) during that Year (subject to available demand for the Products in that Territory).
