Example Definitions of "Supplemental Indenture"
Supplemental Indenture. Shall mean the Supplemental Indenture relating to the Securities, to be entered into on the Completion Date, among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and Union Bank, N.A., as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
