Supplemental Management Retirement Plan. Shall mean the Company's Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, effective as of November 30, 1994, as the same may be amended from time to time. 5 1.22 "Term of Employment" shall mean the period specified in Subsection 2.2. 1.23 "Voting Stock" shall mean capital stock of any class or classes having general voting power under ordinary circumstances, in the absence of contingencies, to elect the directors of a corporation.
