Supplemental Redemption Payment

Supplemental Redemption Payment. , in respect of any Option, means the aggregate consideration paid (x) pursuant to Section 7(b)(vi) to the Participant in respect of such Option in connection with the applicable Redemption Event, or (y) otherwise in respect of the Participant's rights under such Option to purchase the Event Unvested Number of shares of the Applicable Class, at any time upon or after the consummation of such Redemption Event through consummation of such Sale of the Company.
