Supplier Spare Parts. Means materials (including among other things, gaskets, grease, sealants and adhesives), spare parts (including, but not limited to, copies of Aircraft Software), tools and other items that are not manufactured by Boeing or not manufactured pursuant to Boeing's detailed design with Boeing's authorization.
