Supplier Technology. Means Supplier's proprietary technology, including but not limited to, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, Program (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, Documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Supplier or licensed to Supplier from a third party) and also includes any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or... extensions of Supplier Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by either Party that are not uniquely applicable to Aetna or that have general applicability in the software industry. Supplier Technology. The Technology and all Derivatives thereof provided by SUPPLIER to BUYER pursuant to this Agreement which are developed by SUPPLIER prior to entering into this Agreement
Supplier Technology.
