Supply Agreement

Supply Agreement. Shall mean the Supply Agreement by and between ---------------- Baxter and Nexell dated as of August 31, 2001.

Supply Agreement. Has the meaning given in the introductory paragraph hereto;

Supply Agreement. Means the Product Purchase Agreement for AMD Instinct Products, dated as of October 5, 2025, by and between the Company and OpenAI OpCo, LLC.

Supply Agreement. Means the Supply Agreement entered into by the parties simultaneously with this Agreement.

Supply Agreement. Means that certain Supply Agreement dated as of the date hereof between Buyer and Parent, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.

Supply Agreement. Means that certain Supply Agreement, dated on even date herewith, by and among the Company and the Bayer Parties.

Supply Agreement. Shall mean the certain Supply Agreement entered into by and between Corixa and Medicis, effective as of Effective Date, the form of which is set forth in Exhibit E.

Supply Agreement. The Supply Agreement of even date herewith by and between Biomatrix (or one of its Affiliates) and Wyeth (or one of its Affiliates) as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified or restated and as in effect from time to time, and any replacement supply agreement with respect to Products and Extended Products by and between Biomatrix (or one of its Affiliates) and Wyeth (or one of its Affiliates).

Supply Agreement. Shall mean that certain Supply Agreement entered into by BMX and OSUR as of the date hereof, which amends and restates the Original Supply Agreement.

Supply Agreement. Means the supply agreement between Licensor and Licensee being executed contemporaneously herewith.
