A forecast of the required quantities of API or Product (as the case may be) provided by the Purchaser on a monthly basis for the time period starting on the first day of the month following the month in which such forecast has been provided and ending at the end of the Supply Period as set forth in the applicable Supply Period Rolling Forecast
