Support Agreements

Support Agreements. (i) the Support Agreement, dated as of August 5, 2021, among Parent, Merger Sub, the Company and SLA CM Chicago Holdings, L.P. and (ii) the Support Agreement, dated as of August 5, 2021, among Parent, Merger Sub, the Company and SLA Chicago Co-Invest II, L.P., each as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
