Support Day

Support Day. Means, for each location where VNS (or, if applicable for the Product in question, VNI or any VNI Subsidiary) provides Maintenance & Support Services, 5 6 the greater of (a) the normal business days typical for that location (e.g., for VNS' location in California, Monday through Friday, excluding VNS holidays), or (b) the actual business days of operation at that location.
