Support Hours

Example Definitions of "Support Hours"
Support Hours. Means, for each location where VNS (or, if applicable for the Product in question, VNI or any VNI Subsidiary) provides Maintenance & Support Services, the greater of (a) the normal business hours typical for that location (e.g., for VNS' location in California, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Pacific Time on Support Days for such location), or (b) the actual hours of operation at that location.
