Supported KnowHow Rights

Supported KnowHow Rights. Means, collectively, Maruho's rights in all trade secret and other know-how rights regarding the Licensed Compound, the Product or the manufacture or use thereof to the extent reasonably necessary to develop, obtain regulatory approval for or commercialize the Product other than (during the term of this Agreement) solely in Japan.
