Supporting Obligations. As defined in the Code.
Supporting Obligations. Means all supporting obligations including, ---------------------- without limitation, "supporting obligations" as defined in the Code and also any letter-of-credit right or secondary obligation which supports the payment or performance of an account, chattel paper, a document, a general intangible, an instrument, or investment property.
Supporting Obligations. Means "supporting obligations" (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the Code).
Supporting Obligations. Means all supporting obligations as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Credit Party.
Supporting Obligations. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the UCC.

Supporting Obligations. Means "supporting obligations," as such term is defined in the NY UCC, and, in any event, including with respect to any Grantor, letters of credit and guaranties issued for the benefit of such Grantor in support of Accounts, Chattel Paper, documents, General Intangibles, Instruments or Investment Property.
