Supporting Obligations

Supporting Obligations. As defined in the Code.

Supporting Obligations. Means all supporting obligations including, ---------------------- without limitation, "supporting obligations" as defined in the Code and also any letter-of-credit right or secondary obligation which supports the payment or performance of an account, chattel paper, a document, a general intangible, an instrument, or investment property.

Supporting Obligations. Means "supporting obligations" (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the Code).

Supporting Obligations. Means all supporting obligations as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Credit Party.

Supporting Obligations. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the UCC.

Supporting Obligations. Means any "supporting obligations," as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower or in which Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.

Supporting Obligations. All rights to payment or performance under letters of credit including rights to proceeds of letters of credit ("Letter-of-Credit Rights"), and all guaranties, endorsements, Liens, other Guaranty Obligations or supporting obligations of any Person securing or supporting the payment, performance, value or liquidation of any of the foregoing (collectively, with Letter-of-Credit Rights, referred to hereinafter as "Supporting Obligations");

Supporting Obligations. Means "supporting obligations," as such term is defined in the NY UCC, and, in any event, including with respect to any Grantor, letters of credit and guaranties issued for the benefit of such Grantor in support of Accounts, Chattel Paper, documents, General Intangibles, Instruments or Investment Property.

Supporting Obligations. Defined in the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC")

Supporting Obligations. All "supporting obligations" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC
