Example Definitions of "Supporting Obligations"
Supporting Obligations. All supporting obligations as such term is defined in the UCC
Supporting Obligations. Shall have such meaning as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC.
Supporting Obligations. Shall be used herein as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code but in any event shall include, but not be limited to, guarantees and letters of credit that support payment of another obligation.

Supporting Obligations. The meaning given in the Code, as such definition may be amended from time to time, and shall include, but not be limited to, a letter-of-credit right or secondary obligation that supports the payment or performance of an Account, Chattel Paper, a Document, a General Intangible, an Instrument, or a Financial Asset, including without limitation, Investment Property.
Supporting Obligations. The definitions ascribed thereto from time to time by the UCC.
