Surplus PolkaDot Reward Points. Is defined as any accumulation of PolkaDot Reward Points at the end of any calendar month in excess of 200 PolkaDot Reward Points; or, in the case of a Trust Member, any accumulation of PolkaDot Reward Points in excess of 200 PolkaDot Points above the Account Basis.
