Surviving Obligations

Example Definitions of "Surviving Obligations"
Surviving Obligations. Shall mean any obligations of Tenant under this Lease, actual or contingent, which arise on or prior to the expiration or prior termination of this Lease or which survive such expiration or termination by their own terms.
Surviving Obligations. Shall mean any obligations of Tenant or Landlord under this Lease, Sublease, actual or contingent, which arise on or prior to the expiration or prior termination of this Lease Sublease or which survive such expiration or termination by their own terms.

Surviving Obligations. Shall mean the obligations of Purchaser and/or Seller set forth in this Agreement that are expressly stated to survive the termination of this Agreement, including, without limitation, such obligations as are set forth in Sections 6, 8.1(g), 9, 10.1(p), 10.1(q), 11, 19, 30 and 40 of this Agreement.
Surviving Obligations. The indemnities and obligations of Buyer or Seller, as applicable, which, pursuant to this Agreement, are specified as surviving termination of this Agreement.
Surviving Obligations. The obligations of either Seller or Purchaser to indemnify the other and any other obligations of either the Seller or Purchaser which expressly survive termination of this Agreement
