Surviving Spouse. An individual who is legally married to a Participant at the time of the Participant's death and who survives the Participant for at least 30 days following the Participant's death

Surviving Spouse. Surviving Spouse refers to the person who is legally married to the Participant at the time of his death and for the full one year (365 days) period immediately prior to his death.
Surviving Spouse. The person who is the Participant's spouse at the time of the Participant's death and who has been such spouse for at least one year immediately prior to the date of the Participant's death.
