Example Definitions of "Swap Obligations"
Swap Obligations. All obligations of Borrower arising under any interest rate, credit, commodity or equity swap, cap, floor, collar, forward foreign exchange transaction, currency swap, cross currency rate swap, currency option, securities puts, calls, collars, options or forwards or any combination of, or option with respect to, these or similar transactions now or hereafter entered into between Borrower and Bank.
Swap Obligations. All Means all obligations of the Borrower arising under any interest rate, credit, commodity or equity swap, cap, floor, collar, forward foreign exchange transaction, currency swap, cross currency rate swap, currency option, securities puts, calls, collars, options or forwards or any combination of, or option with respect to, these or similar transactions now or hereafter entered into between the Borrower and Bank. any Guarantied Party.

Swap Obligations. Shall mean and include all swap, derivative, foreign exchange or hedge or other similar transaction or arrangement now or hereafter owing from Borrower to Bank.
Swap Obligations. Means all amounts owed or to become owing by Borrower to Swap Counterparty under the Swap Documents, together with all costs, expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees incurred in the enforcement or collection thereof, and interest thereon after the commencement of any proceedings under any Debtor Relief Laws and any expenses or other amounts paid by Swap Counterparty to which it is entitled to reimbursement by Borrower, Lenders, or Collateral Agent under Sections 6 or 7 hereof.
Swap Obligations. With respect to any Credit Party any obligation to pay or perform under any agreement, contract or transaction that constitutes a "swap" within the meaning of Section 1a(47) of the Commodity Exchange Act
