Synergy Intellectual Property

Synergy Intellectual Property. All Intellectual Property owned by or licensed to Synergy, and all Intellectual Property that relates to methods, procedures and processes for the synthesis and production of Products (including without limitation all hybrid solution solid-phase processes developed and/or performed by Contractor), and all Intellectual Property relating to Synergy Materials. Synergy Intellectual Property constitutes Synergy Confidential Information, and does not include Contractor Intellectual Property.
