Syneron Restricted Field Patent. Shall mean United States Serial Number 09/664,473, together with (a) all patents issuing thereon and (b) all renewals, extensions, re-examinations and reissues of any of the foregoing patents; but in all cases excluding any continuations, continuations in part, and divisional of any of the foregoing.
