SYNNEX Employee

SYNNEX Employee. Each individual who was employed by the SYNNEX Group prior to the Effective Time and who is intended to be employed by the SYNNEX Group as of immediately after the Effective Time (including any such individual who is not actively working as of the Effective Time as a result of an illness, injury or leave of absence (including due to a short-term or long-term disability).
