Means any software or other computer program and programming aid with supporting documentation, including without limitation input and output format, program listing, systems flow charts, narrative descriptions and operating instructions, and the tangible media upon which such program is recorded.

System. The telecommunications system sold to Correct Solutions which is the subject of the purchase order attached as Exhibit A

System. The Stationary DF System and Vehicular DF System

System. A group of inter-related Midstream Gas Gathering Assets operated by Gatherer that are located within a single Target System Boundary. The initial Systems are set forth in Exhibit 1.43. Exhibit 1.43 also includes Super-Systems, Target System Boundaries and the items described in Sections 4.1, 4.5 and 11.2. Exhibit 1.43 will be updated to reflect changes made under the terms of this Agreement.

System. Any computer programs, supporting documentation for those computer programs, and the tangible media upon which those programs are recorded that eCom uses to provide the Services.
