Systems Software. Shall mean those programs and programming (including the supporting documentation, media, on-line help facilities and tutorials) that perform tasks basic to the functioning of the Equipment and which are required to operate the Applications Software or otherwise support the provision of Services by VENDOR CONSORTIUM.
