Systems. Is defined in Recital B hereof.
Systems. BDAL Germany's Reflex III MALDI-TOF and esquire3000 ion trap mass spectrometry systems acquired under this Agreement as more particularly described on the Price List attached as EXHIBIT D HERETO.
