TALF Provisions. The portions of the Offering Memorandum that describe, or are relevant to, the qualification of the Specified Securities as Eligible Collateral, including without limitation the descriptions of the terms of the Specified Securities and the assets generating collections or other funds from which the Specified Securities are to be paid.
