Tandem Intellectual Property

Tandem Intellectual Property. Means any and all tools, databases, data, methodologies, systems, analysis, frameworks, practices (including processes and techniques) that are owned by Tandem regardless of when Tandem acquired its rights in or to any of the foregoing. Tandem owns all of the Tandem Intellectual Property.
