Tandem Option/Stock Appreciation Right. An Option to purchase a specified number of Share(s) and a Stock Appreciation Right granted with respect to a specified number of Share(s) which are granted together and designated as a "Tandem Option/SAR" in the Participant's Award Agreement, whereby the exercise of either the Option or the SAR cancels the other granted in tandem with it
