Tangible Research Property

Tangible Research Property. The physical embodiments of Patent Rights and Technical Information.

Tangible Research Property. Means, subject to Section 9.3 below, any and all tangible research tools and other tangible personal property that WU may provide to Licensee and that Licensee may accept. Tangible Research Property. Means, subject to Section 9.3 below, any and all research tools and other personal property that WU may provide to Licensee as specifically set forth in Exhibit B hereto.

Tangible Research Property. The materials and other property that WU, either directly or through third parties, provides to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation the materials listed in Schedule B, their progeny, and unmodified derivatives.
