Target Adjusted EPS

Target Adjusted EPS. The cumulative amount of Adjusted EPS for the Measurement Period established by the Committee at the time it approves the grant of PSUs, together with a range of amounts of cumulative Adjusted EPS above and below the Target Adjusted EPS that correlate to percentages of the target PSUs that range from 0% to 200% of such target PSUs.
